Exotic Warrior Smoothie

16 oz. coconut milk

2 Tbsp chia seed

2 Tbsp maca root powder

1 medium lemon, peeled and seeded

1 cup spinach

2 Tbsp raw honey

2 cups bok choy

1 piece of ginger root (about a tablespoon)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

10 oz. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Add ingredients to blender container in the order listed. The honey needs to sit between layers to blend properly, otherwise, it may become a frozen chunk or sink to the bottom and not blend with the rest of the smoothie.
